The aim of our all educational development course is 100% student delight. Having set this as our target, we maintain complete transparency with the student on the academic and performance issues.

We have a unique web based Student Performance Tracking System (SPTS) that we update weekly for our students to keep track of their performance progress. This was developed with a view to make the student aware of his relative performance vis-a-vis with other student with All India Ranking.

Risks are identified in the beginning and communicated to the student in advance along with the mitigation strategy. If we are not satisfied with the student academic performance and preparations, as expected in these highly competitive exams, we discuss this with our valued student well in advance instead of letting him know at the last moment. This transparent work culture at BEAM helps to build long-term mutually beneficial relationship with each student.
